Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the agreement between the academy and a family whose child trains with us — that is a separate document, signed on paper when a player joins.

Agreeing to these terms
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may change them, and the version in force is always the one published here with the date at the top of the page.
Who may use this site
Anyone may read it. Submitting a form is different: our forms ask about children, and a trial enquiry must be made by a parent or guardian with legal responsibility for the player named on it. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to make the enquiry for you.
What this site is, and is not
This site describes the academy, its programmes and its work. It is information, not an offer of a place, and nothing on it forms a contract to coach, select, register or scout any player.
Nothing here is professional advice — not medical, not legal, not financial, and not advice on a player's career. Football advice given by our coaches is given in person, to a player we have seen play.
Enquiries, trials and applications
- Submitting an enquiry does not create a place, a trial invitation, or an obligation on us to respond within any particular time.
- Trials are held as places come up, and a coach will contact you about the next session that fits the player's age group.
- Everything you tell us must be accurate. Misstating a player's age is not a clerical matter: age fraud carries disqualification, and we will withdraw a place found to rest on it.
- Selection is at the discretion of the coaching staff. We do not owe an explanation of a selection decision, though we will always try to give a player something useful to work on.
Your content and conduct
When you send us a message through this site you keep ownership of what you wrote, and you give us permission to read it, store it and act on it for the purpose you sent it for.
You must not use this site or its forms to:
- send anything unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful to a child;
- impersonate another person, or claim a relationship to a player that you do not have;
- send bulk, automated or commercial messages we did not ask for;
- attempt to gain access to any part of our systems you have not been given access to, or to interfere with the site's operation;
- copy the site systematically, whether by scraping, crawling or any other automated means.
Our intellectual property
The academy crest, name, photography, text and design of this site belong to Life & Sports Academy or to the people who licensed them to us. You may read the site, print a page for your own use, and link to it.
You may not reuse the crest or our photography — which shows identifiable children — for any other purpose without written permission. Press and partner organisations wanting images should ask; we will usually say yes, and we need to know where a child's photograph is going.
Third-party links and partners
This site links to other organisations, and shows the marks of partners who support the academy. Those marks belong to the partners, and are shown with their permission. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of any site we link to.
Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site up, correct and current, and we do not promise any of the three. Session times, age groups and fixtures change; if something matters to your plans, call +254 722 416 173 and confirm it rather than relying on this page.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Kenyan law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website, from your inability to use it, or from reliance on anything published on it.
Suspension of access
We may block access to the site, or to its forms, where we believe they are being misused — particularly where the misuse touches on the safety of a child.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.
